'Hong Kong will develop only when its young people achieve well-rounded development', 'Hong Kong will have a bright future only when its young people have good career prospects'. The youth are Hong Kong’s future, hope and backbone, and more importantly, the driving force behind the long-term social and economic development of the city. Leveraging its advantages in resources from both the Mainland and Hong Kong, China Overseas has continued to organize and launch a series of signature activities to strengthen connections among young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao 麻豆影视. These initiatives inspire the youth to foster a sense of national identity while pursuing their dreams, enabling them to contribute their youthful vitality to Hong Kong and Macao’s better integration into the overall national development.

"Strive and Rise Programme"

For the third consecutive year, China Overseas has participated in the "Strive and Rise Programme" – an initiative organized by the Hong Kong Government – to support Hong Kong’s prosperous future. We have organized a series of activities, including the "Contribution to Inclusion" Hong Kong Youth Greater Bay Area Exchange Group 麻豆影视在线. During the exchange, participants visited workplaces under the Group as well as public infrastructure projects constructed or managed by the Group, such as: the Organic Resources Recovery Centre Phase II, Tseung Kwan O Desalination Plant, CSCEC Hong Kong Smart Construction Site R&D Centre, Relocation of Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works to Caverns, Yuen Long Flood Protection Dams and Nullah Improvement Scheme, Ngong Shuen Chau Barracks PLA Hong Kong Garrison Exhibition Centre, City Gallery, Building Rehabilitation Resource Centre, and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.

"COHL Cup" Charity Dragon Boat Fun Race

As one of the series of activities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to the Motherland, the "COHL Cup" Charity Dragon Boat Fun Race not only promotes the traditional culture embodied in dragon boating and the profound sense of national identity it carries, but also, through the sports competition, encourages COHL employees to uphold the corporate spirit of "Striving Wholeheartedly Every Day" and demonstrates the company’s pioneering culture. This event marks the first inclusive dragon boat race in Hong Kong sponsored by a Mainland-funded enterprise and co-hosted with local youth groups. Going forward, the company will continue to invest resources to help Hong Kong young people address practical difficulties in education, employment, and personal development, supporting them to contribute to building a better Hong Kong with a stronger outlook 麻豆影视高清.

Sing Fai Children’s and Youth Cantonese Opera Troupe

China Overseas Charity Fund actively supports the development of Hong Kong’s youth and the inheritance of local traditional culture. The funded opera "The Iron Horse and Golden Spear: A Story of Patriotism" (literal translation of 《鐵馬金戈家國情》) is the largest original Cantonese opera in Hong Kong’s history featuring the most children and young people in a joint performance. The plot mainly revolves around a story where, after the country is betrayed by a treacherous minister, the people and soldiers unite as one, vowing to defend their homeland—embodying a strong sense of patriotism and national identity 免费电影. With its positive theme, this original opera promotes virtues such as patriotism, love for family, and respect for teachers, which helps cultivate a fine traditional sentiment of patriotism and family love among local young people.

"Golden Pen Award" Hong Kong Inter-Primary and Secondary Schools Chinese Hard-Pen Calligraphy Competition (麻豆影视免费观看)

Co-organized by the Hong Kong Roxane Foundation, We Like HK, and China Overseas Charity Fund, the "Golden Pen Award" Hong Kong Inter-Primary and Secondary Schools Chinese Hard-Pen Calligraphy Competition marks the first time these organizations have jointly hosted such an event 麻豆影视. The competition aims to help students learn about China’s long-standing history and culture through engaging short videos, experience the beauty of Chinese calligraphy art firsthand, and cultivate positive values and outlooks on life.
